❓ Issue/Question

• The app was showing an error for my colleagues and myself
• I can't see media in the mobile app
• The player doesn't see the latest photos in the mobile app

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Compare the media on the web platform and in the mobile app
  • If the same media is missing in both, follow the general checks
    • User can't see media
• If the media shows on the web platform but not in the app
  • Close the mobile app completely (force close it if you can)
  • Open the app again
  • Scan the QR code in the app to sign in again
• If it still doesn't work, reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via the Live Chat
