Tags don't appear in auto-suggest when creating video logs

❓ Issue/Question

• When creating video logs and typing a tag in the search / auto-suggest bar, some tags do not appear in the results even though the tags exist
• We're working on training the loggers for the event and have noticed that when they are trying to type the tags in the search bar that they can't all locate the same tags

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Workaround: Remove the excluded tags from the user
  • Open the user’s account settings
  • Find the Excluded tags at the user level
    • How to check the tag restrictions of the user?
  • Remove the excluded tag from the user
  • Ask the user to try again. The missing tags now show in the auto-suggest when adding log lines

🥚 Cause

• Excluded tags at the user level interfere with the tag auto-suggest when logging
• This is a known technical issue that the team is working on
