How to get a list of collections where a user has uploaded media?

In order for you to access the Analytics, the Analytics > Enable all permissions permission should be enabled on your account.

❓ Issue/Question

  • Is there a way I can see what and where a user has uploaded?
  • Can I get a report showing what a specific user has uploaded?
  • How can I check which collections a user has uploaded media to?

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Navigate to Analytics > Exports
  • In Plaform Downloads set Date Range, Tags (if applies) and choose Export Format Google Sheet
  • In the created Google Sheet, you’ll find a raw_uploads tab containing all the details related to uploads, including the associated media_ID and event_ID (Collection ID) where each piece of media was uploaded
    • You can use Google Sheets’ native filters to filter the data by user
