- ScorePlay's routing engine scans IPTC metadata on every file uploaded to the FTP folder. For keyword routing, it looks for
sp_oropta_prefixes in the keywords field. For Getty, it reads the MEID (Original Transmission Reference / Job Identifier) field. When a match is found against a collection's External ID or Raw Name, the asset is automatically moved to that collection. If no match is found, the asset falls back to Live Mode - Routed media is immediately visible to all users with collection access — there is no review buffer
