I'm not able to open any collection

❓ Issue/Question

• When I click into any collection, I am brought to a blank screen that doesn't load
• I can't open any collection. I see a blank page
• A member of our team when they click on albums it won't show any images

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Ask your platform admin to check that the Media Library > Can view collections permission is enabled for your account type
