How to create an external upload link?

In order for you to create an external upload link, the Upload > Can generate external upload link permission must be enabled on your account.

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • From the Upload page
    • Go to Upload
    • Select the collection the media should go to
    • Click Generate External Upload Link

  • Set who can see the media
    • All account types are selected by default. Use the Account Types dropdown to remove the ones that shouldn't see the media
    • Click Create

  • A notification shows the link, and it is copied to your clipboard

 

  • From a collection
    • Open the collection and click Upload

  • Select Generate Upload Link, set it up and click Create
