• How to connect to the Amazon S3 server via Cyberduck?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Download Cyberduck. Version 9.1.1 is recommended, since newer versions can cause permission errors
  •  https://cyberduck.io/download/
• Open Cyberduck and click Open Connection at the top

• Choose Amazon S3 from the dropdown

• If the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key fields are greyed out
  • Go to Cyberduck > Settings > S3
  • Set Default ACL to None
  • Quit Cyberduck completely and reopen it
  • Click + and choose Amazon S3 again

• Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or the ScorePlay Support team via Live Chat for your S3 credentials
• When you have them, fill in:
  • Access Key ID
  • Secret Access Key
  • Path

• Click Connect
• You see the folders and assets already on your S3 server

• Drag and drop media or whole folder structures into the bucket. Each folder becomes a collection

• Check the media appear in your ScorePlay media library
