In order for you to view a collection’s advanced settings, the Configure > Collection Management > Can Edit permission must be enabled on your account.

- I need to locate the collection routing ID
- Media from FTP aren't landing in the right collection
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Open the collection you want to check
- Click the
…menu located in the top right corner of the collection page - Select
Editfrom the dropdown menu - Click
Advanced settings - The routing ID shows in the
Raw namefield- If you're using FTP sub-paths, paste each sub-path after raw_PathName
- Example:
- sub-path = eu-ftp.scoreplay.io/sx_veysonnaz26
- raw name = raw_sx_veysonnaz26
- Example:
- If you're using FTP sub-paths, paste each sub-path after raw_PathName
- If there’s no Raw name but there’s an external ID below it, extract the keyword:
- Collection External ID:
optaomo_RL_231201047 - Keyword for photographers:
opta_231201047
- Collection External ID:
- To ensure the media is sent to the correct collection, the keyword must follow one of these formats:
- opta_{RawName} (if you see the external ID has optaomo prefix)
- sp_{RawName}
