How to download on ScorePlay?

In order for you to download media from the platform, the Media library > Can download permission must be enabled on your account.

If you're unable to follow any of the steps below, kindly reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Download one file
    • Click the file to open it
    • Click Download and select your preferred quality

  • Download several files
    • Click the top-right corner of each file to select it
    • Click Download on the right side

  • To select all media on the current page, click Select page

  • In a collection, click Select page, then Select all media to select every file in it

  • Download a whole collection
    • Click the … (3 dots) at the top right
    • Select Download All

  • Find your downloads
    • Click the Bell icon in the top navigation to open your notification center and get your completed downloads
