How do I add staff so the AI can recognize them?

• Should you use players tab to add staff in?
• I want to add the coaching staff and the employees so that they could be tagged by the AI in the photos

• Add a team's staff with its players
  • Add each staff member as a player of the team they work with
    • How to add a new player? 
  • Staff added this way are recognized by the AI and treated like players for media access and mobile app access
• Add people who aren't part of a team
  • Create a dedicated team for them, such as office employees, and add them to it as players
    • How to set up a new Team? 

🔖 Notes

• The AI only recognizes staff in media uploaded after they're added. To tag them in older media, contact the ScorePlay Support team via Live Chat to re-run the AI on those collections
