The images I downloaded contain a watermark, how can I change that?

• I noticed a watermark on the images I downloaded. Is there a way to change that?
• Can I remove the watermark from the photos I download?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• The watermark is added automatically for the account types selected on it. To change it, an admin with Branding access can:
  • Go to Configure > Branding and open the watermark
  • Under Automatically applied to, untick the account types that shouldn't get the watermark, or upload a new image
  • Click Update

• If you don't have access to Branding, reach out to your admin
