To enable the Portal feature, reach out to your CSM.
In order for you to view and create portals, the External Distribution > Can view page permission must be enabled on your account.

What a Portal is
- A Portal is a customizable page to share media with external groups
- You find it in
Distribution>External Distribution>Portal

What you can customize
- Title, description, watermark, primary color, background photo, logo and homepage layout
- Group media by tags, teams, formats, photographers or specific collections

How you control access
- Include or exclude tags to manage what shows
- Require a login, and set embargoes, expiration dates and extra passwords

Free or paid
- Paid: works like a marketplace, media must be purchased
- Free: media is free to download, but downloads can require admin validation
