I can’t download multiple video using the shareable link

❓ Issue/Question

  • I want to bulk download but unable with this link
  • When I want to bulk download media via external link, nothing happens
  • Our colleague X is able to download only a part of the selection

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Allow the downloads in your browser
    • Click the blocked download icon in the address bar
    • Select Allow, then download again
  • Allow them permanently in Chrome
    1. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Additional permissions > Automatic downloads
    2. Click Privacy and security on the left menu.
    3. Click Site settings.
    4. Scroll down to the Permissions section and click Additional permissions.
    5. Click Automatic downloads.
    6. Select Sites can ask to automatically download multiple files
  • Other workarounds:
    • Create an account for the user on the platform so they can access specific media and easily download them,
